At Pixs&Go, we stand behind the quality of our products. All game consoles purchased from our official store are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Hardware malfunction under normal use
- Defective buttons, screen, battery, or ports (not caused by misuse)
🚫 What’s Not Covered?
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or liquid exposure
- Third-party modifications or tampering
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Software issues due to custom firmware or unauthorized changes
📝 Warranty Claim Process

- Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible
- Our support team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps
If approved, we will either repair the product, send a replacement unit, or offer an appropriate solution.
📦 Return Shipping
If a return is needed, instructions will be provided. Return shipping for warranty-approved items is covered by us (for EU and US orders). For other regions, terms may vary.
📅 Coverage Period
The warranty period is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to purchases made from our official store.
