At Pixs&Go, we stand behind the quality of our products. All game consoles purchased from our official store are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

🔧 What’s Covered?

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Hardware malfunction under normal use
  • Defective buttons, screen, battery, or ports (not caused by misuse)

🚫 What’s Not Covered?

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or liquid exposure
  • Third-party modifications or tampering
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Software issues due to custom firmware or unauthorized changes

📝 Warranty Claim Process

  2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible
  3. Our support team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps

If approved, we will either repair the product, send a replacement unit, or offer an appropriate solution.

📦 Return Shipping

If a return is needed, instructions will be provided. Return shipping for warranty-approved items is covered by us (for EU and US orders). For other regions, terms may vary.

📅 Coverage Period

The warranty period is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to purchases made from our official store.
